The City of Marietta advises residents that the section of the city’s bike path located behind the Water Reclamation Plant will be closed from Nov. 24 to Nov. 25.

The temporary closure will allow contractors to repair asphalt damaged during rehabilitation work on the 36-inch and 42-inch sewer lines completed this past summer. The city asks the public to avoid the area so crews can safely and efficiently complete the repairs.
