Washington County Grand Jury indicts 19

Nineteen people were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury this week.
Those indicted include:
– Lacie Lynn Faddis, 30, 805 Hope Drive, Athens, Ohio, and Charles Alber Christman, 35, 1118 10th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio; Faddis was indicted on a charge of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. Christman was indicted for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. Both were charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, both fourth-degree misdemeanors; from February.
– Joshua Daniel Campbell, 40, 305 ½ Center St., Beverly; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; from December 2023.
In a separate case, Campbell was also charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; from December 2023 to January 2024.
In a separate case, Campbell was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; from May.
– Nicole Jane Wenzel, 39, 44491 Fairground Road, Apt. 22, Caldwell; failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony, from June.
– Richard Wesley Hawkins, 55, 136 Franklin St.t, Marietta; possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony, and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; from June.
– Alec Lee Davis, 28, 708 Front Street, Apt. 15, Marietta; possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony, and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; from April.
– Sony Carlos Love, 44, 15728 State Route 821, Elba; obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony, driving under suspension or in violation of license restriction, a first-degree misdemeanor, resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor, and failure to comply with opened container of beer or liquor laws, a misdemeanor of the minor degree; from September.
– Monica Marie McMurray, 1509 Crescent St., Parkersburg; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from May 2024.
– Richard Lee Foster, 56, 2608 Denmark Road, Columbus, and Dwayne Johnny Craig, 64, 217 N. Grant Avenue, Columbus; both were indicted on two counts of forgery, both fifth-degree felonies, and theft, a fifth-degree felony, from October.
– Zachery A. Estep, 22, 1604 Hill Street, Apt. 1, Belpre; obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony, endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor, and criminal damaging or endangering, a second-degree misdemeanor, from October.
– Jontaveis Ladai Drake-Crockett, 20, 723 Alan Page Drive, SE, Apt. 11, Canton; possession of a deadly weapon while under detention, a second-degree felony from October.
– Amanda A. Westfall, 50, 318 Sixth St., Marietta; assault, a fourth-degree felony, and disorderly conduct, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, from July.
– Andrew James Strock 45, 5509 Sixth St., Vienna; two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, both third-degree felonies, operating a motor vehicle or agricultural tractor without being in control of it, a misdemeanor of the minor degree, violation of seatbelt laws, an unclassified misdemeanor, and failure to reinstate a license, an unclassified misdemeanor, from May.
– Clifford Clinton Mayo III, 33, 111 Wooster St., Marietta, and Kristoffer Dale Cline, 50, 14990 State Route 60, Lowell; both charged with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and grand theft, a fourth-degree felony, from November 2024.
– Elijah Zane Fickiesen, 23, Reno; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; from September.
– Hunter Lee Smith, 28, 1011 18th St., Parkersburg; failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony, from August.
– John Craig Daniels, 62, Washington County Jail, 101 Westview Ave., Marietta; two counts of vandalism, both fifth-degree felonies, and obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony, from July.
– Chasity Dawn Willey, 49, 216 Patricia Drive, Apt. J, Byesville, Ohio; identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony, receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, and three counts of theft, all fifth-degree felonies, from July.
