BELPRE – The City of Belpre will experience a traffic disruption Thursday on Washington Boulevard at Tuttle Street due to a water line break at the intersection.

Tuttle Street will be closed at Washington Boulevard and Washington Boulevard will be down to one lane from George Street to the light at Washington Square with the work starting at 11 a.m. Thursday.

At this point city officials do not know of a need for a boil advisory, but will be watching the situation closely and will continue to update the community as the work progresses. The city asks residents to be cautious of the workers in that area today and will continue to update the community through the city’s Facebook page and local media.
