The Washington County Grand Jury returned indictments against 21 defendants on Thursday, many involving drug charges.

The indictments included:

– David Lee Binegar, 58, 940 Coal Run Road, Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.

– Patrick Dandrae Quorda Williams, 39, 1207 Wyatt Lane, Apt. B, Belpre; possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony.

– Angela Jo Jenkins, 57, 6856 Pike St., No. 5, Mineral Wells, and Tasha M. Jenkins, 39, 501 Reed St., Parkersburg, were jointly indicted on a charge of theft, fifth-degree felony.

– Christopher Lee Chafin, 40, 2475 Third Ave., Huntington; failure to appear as required by recognizance, fourth-degree felony.

– Kelly Scott Goins, 46, 1917 Rabbit Goins Lane, Malta, Ohio; failure to appear as required by recognizance, fourth-degree felony.

– Richard Wesley Hawkins, 55, 136 Franklin St., Marietta; failure to appear as required by recognizance, fourth-degree felony.

– Tamara Sue Nichols, 64, 7866 State Route 550, Vincent; burglary, third-degree felony; grand theft, fourth-degree felony; and criminal damaging or endangering, second-degree misdemeanor.

– Michayla Paige Fulk, 28, 207 Scammel St., Apt. 3, Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; possession of fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony; tampering with evidence, third-degree felony. In separate charges, Fulk was also indicted on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.

– Jeremiah David Dauk, 21, Grand Junction, Colo.; improperly handing firearms in a motor vehicle, fifth-degree felony, with weapon forfeiture specification.

– Michael Edward Grayson, 38, 407 ½ Sixth St., Apt. B, Marietta, and Chad Robert Parsons, 45, 5831 State Route 60, Marietta, were jointly indicted on theft, fifth-degree felony.

– David William Mowery, 54, 333 Old School Lane, Fleming; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.

– Joshua Edward Sargent, 40, 502 Phillips St., Marietta; nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, fifth-degree felony.

– Corbin Ryan Willett, 18, Marietta; tampering with evidence, third-degree felony; endangering children, first-degree misdemeanor; aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor; domestic violence, fourth-degree misdemeanor.

– Joseph Oliver Beaumier, 125, 3714 Bull Run Road, Waverly; two counts of theft, both fifth-degree felonies.

– Timothy Mark Frederick, 54, 275 Dutch Ridge Road, Guysville; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.

– Patti Jean Wilson, 71, 653 Johnson Road, Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.

– Chavazze Levi Kidder, 32, 165 Starlite Drive, Lot 8, Marietta; possession of fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony.
