BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports March 2.

Feb. 20:

– Camdyn G. Staats, 18, Ripley, was cited for expired registration.

Feb. 21:

– Coy L. Smallwood, 34, Little Hocking, was cited for driving under suspension.

– Brady T. Mason, 19, Parkersburg, was cited for failure to control a motor vehicle.

Feb. 22:

– Andrew S. Wilkinson, 29, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

– Christopher J. Richards, 26, Vincent, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charges of assault, strangulation and kidnapping.

Feb. 24:

– Corey A. Hopkins, 28, Belpre, was cited for speed.

Feb. 26:

– Lyndsey R. Staats, 41, Vincent, was cited for expired registration.

– Ryan L. Smith, 27, Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension and display of license plates.
