Twenty-one people were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury this week, including a West Virginia man facing 14 charges relating to sexual misconduct with a minor.

From Sept. 25 to Dec. 14, the indictment says, William Lee Santos, 38, now in custody at the North Central Regional Jail in Doddridge County, W.Va., took photos of a minor that was not under his guardianship and coerced said minor into sexual activity.

Santos was charged with four first-degree felony counts of rape, four second-degree felony counts of sexual battery, two third-degree felony counts of strangulation, three second-degree felony counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person and one second-degree felony count of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance.

Also indicted were:

– Michael David Wells, 38, 281 Briar Knoll Loop, Alderson, W.Va.; one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and one count of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, both third-degree felonies, from July.

– Allen Baine Bradley, 37, P.O. Box 675, Mt. Gay, W.Va., and Kassandra L. Prater, 30, 114 E. Second Ave., Suite 2, Williamstown, were both charged with one fourth-degree felony count each of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound from August. Prater is also charged with tampering with evidence and illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, both third-degree felonies, from August.

– Marce Erin Phinnessee, 24, 701 Callis Oval, Apt. C, Akron; one count possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, and one count tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from November.

– Lovauntea Javon Mickens, 27, Columbus; one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony, from January.

– Michael James Hudson, 47, 1612 Slaters Creek Road, Goodlettsville, Tenn.; one count of failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony, from February.

– Sidney J. Walker Jr., 2999 Continental College Parkway, Atlanta; one count of counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony, from December 2021.

– Roy James Campbell III, 39, 700 Pike St., Room 304, Marietta; one count of failure to provide notice of change of address and one count failure to provide notice of change in vehicle information or identifiers, both third-degree felonies, from January.

– Dequante Deshawn Ford, 26, 10218 Harvard Road, Detroit; one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, from October.

– Thomas A. Taylor, 35, 327 ½ Frederick St., Bluefield, W.Va.; one count of trafficking in marijuana, a fourth-degree felony and one count possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony, from January.

– Brent David Hescht, 39, 421 Frost Road, Coolville; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from June.

– William Raymond Harris, 59, Marietta; one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, from February.

– Joshua Mark Guiler, 31, 35125 Township Road 338, Lower Salem; one count of abduction, a third-degree felony; one count of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony; and one count assault and one count of criminal damaging or endangering, both first-degree misdemeanors, from February.

– Joanne Louise Savage, 42, 1967A Independence Blvd., Lancaster; one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from December.

– Steven Emory Fox, 53, 27830 State Route 7, Marietta; one count of violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony, from February.

– Davon Eugene Kidd, 40, 232 Main St., Lowell; one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony, from February.

– Christopher Jay Richards, 26, 513 Dean St., Parkersburg; one count of kidnapping, a first-degree felony; one count of strangulation, a fourth-degree felony; one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; and one count of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony, from February.

– Chad Anthony Burdette, 43, 470 Hartline Road, Whipple; one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, a third-degree felony, from February.

– Michelle Lynn Snider, 54, 1314 Glendale Road, Marietta; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from September.

– Markeys A. Glover, 29, 480 Rummer Road, Marietta; one count of trafficking in marijuana, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony, from September 2021.
