Beverly American Legion Post 389 will hold a public steak fry from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the Post Home, 114 Fifth St., Beverly. A meal includes steak, a baked potato, salad bar and a roll. The band AMIX will perform following the steak fry.

Smoked pulled pork dinner
Graysville and Community Volunteer Fire Department will hold a smoked pulled pork dinner at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 12, at 38851 Ohio 26, Graysville. The menu includes pulled pork, baked potato, baked beans, roll, dessert and drink, for $15 per person.

GriefShare program
The GriefShare program will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. through Nov. 12, with a special program at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 19 called "Surviving the Holidays". This 13-week program will be offered at Gilman United Methodist Church, 312 Gilman Ave., Marietta. Each week, you will view a 30-minute video filled with helpful guidance, discuss grief-related issues, and gain personal recovery tips through your workbook. Zumba Classes
