Wood County Grand Jury clears sheriff’s deputy in May shooting

PARKERSBURG – A Wood County sheriff’s deputy has been cleared in a May shooting that left an armed suspect dead. COLUMBUS (AP) — A shooting in a neighborhood near a mosque in Ohio’s capital city left one person dead Monday but was not connected to the house of worship or those who were inside, police said.
