Reports/Washington County

• On April 5, a deputy was dispatched to attempt service on a felony warrant from the West Virginia State Police for the arrest of Casper Rufus Yeargin. Contact was made with Yeargin, 38, of 36800 State Route 260, Graysville, and his identity was confirmed with the warrant information. Charges of fugitive from justice were filed on Yeargin and he was transported to the Washington County Jail.

• Bonnie Franchuk, of Marietta, reported a burglary in Salem Township on April 6. This case remains under investigation.

• John D. Wentz Jr., Marietta, reported April 7 his residence was entered and items of value stolen. This case remains under investigation.

• Vincent Spicocchi reported April 7 a cabin in Aurelius Township was entered and items of value stolen. This case remains under investigation.

• A deputy responded to a business on Ohio 821, Marietta, on April 7 for a report of a female slumped over the steering wheel of a car in the parking lot. Angela R. Fleeman said she fell asleep and denied any illegal substance use. Fleeman’s eyes appeared glassy and her speech was slurred. Fleeman gave consent to search, and a vaping device was located, which Fleeman stated contained marijuana oil. Fleeman also reported taking numerous prescription drugs earlier this date. The standard field sobriety tests were attempted with poor results. Fleeman also had concealed marihuana oil in a vial in her shirt. Angela R. Fleeman, 39, of 711 Ninth St., Marietta, was placed under arrest for being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

• A deputy was dispatched to 27400 State Route 7, Lot 74, Marietta, on April 7 for a domestic dispute. It was reported that Rodney Smith had been acting out of control, and was possibly on an illegal substance. Smith was located in a vehicle in front of the home. Smith stated he had been in an argument with this girlfriend. The caller stated she was in fear of Smith. Rodney Anthony Horner-Smith, 42, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and possession of drugs. A small baggie had been found in Smith’s pocket which he stated was crushed up Adderall, however, eventually admitted that the drugs were meth. Smith was transported to the Washington County Jail.

• On April 7, a deputy conducted an investigation into a possible domestic dispute incident. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

• Katelin Stull, of Vincent, reported Monday that her purse was stolen from her vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

• Jacob Carpenter, 24, of 360 Mechanic St., Macksburg, was arrested by Deputy Parks for obstructing official business during an investigation in Macksburg.

• A deputy began an investigation in Marietta Township Tuesday in reference to a possible menacing complaint. In speaking with all parties involved it was determined to be unfounded.

• A deputy began an investigation Tuesday in which a juvenile will be summoned to Washington County Juvenile Court on two counts of domestic violence and three counts of criminal damaging.

• Susan Lipscomb, of Cutler, reported Wednesday that her 5’x8′ 2011 utility trailer was stolen. This case remains under investigation.

• A deputy began an investigation Wednesday into a possible domestic incident. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

• A deputy responded to the Moore’s Junction Par-Mar, Marietta, Wednesday for a report of a subject stealing two packs of Pop Tarts. Employees knew the suspect as Misty Caldwell. A summons is being requested for Caldwell, 41, of 3645 Blue Knob Road, Marietta, for theft.

• A deputy was dispatched Thursday to the Dollar General, 10282 State Route 550, Vincent, for a theft complaint. Store personnel observed a male steal eight AA batteries. In viewing video the suspect was found to be Uriah Gregg. A summons is being requested for Gregg, 21, of 9560 Crews Lane, Chesterhill, for theft.

•On Thursday, a deputy met with Dakota Lawson, of Ohio 339, Belpre, in reference to males subjects being on his property and in his garage. This case remains under investigation.

• Jordan Levi Walker, of 27400 State Route 7, Marietta, probation violation on a driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs charge and probation violation on a possessing drug abuse instruments charge.

• Shon Rona Gates, of 38090 Spence Road, Pomeroy, failure to appear on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

• Randall Wayne Delancey, of 200 Pennock Drive, Beverly, driving under suspension.

• Joseph Franklin Wells, of 104 Riley Drive, Marietta, interference with custody.

• Heather Sierra Simms, of 1932 Hamilton St., Parkersburg, probation violation on a burglary charge.

• James Curtis Parmiter, of 2301 Jefferson St., Columbus, probation violation on a tampering with evidence charge.

• Tessa Ann Blair, of 1656 Louisa Ave., Albany, probation violation on a tampering with evidence charge.

• Joseph Anthony Carpenter, of 65 Church St., Vincent, probation violation on a possession of drugs charge.

• Michael Paul Walker, of 2834 Sealey Ridge Road, Vincent, driving under license forfeiture.

• Billy Joe Ball, of 909 Left Fork Kites Run Road, Walker, W.Va., failure to appear on a theft charge and possessing drug abuse instruments.

• Linda Elizabeth Slonaker Lasure, unknown address, interference with custody.

• Michael Thomas Runyon, of 1609 Hill St. #10, Belpre, failure to appear on a theft charge.

• Brandon Lammar Jennings, of 2122 Fenton St., Columbus, failure to appear on a trafficking in drugs charge.

• Colton Ryan Balderson, of 17184 Muskingum River Road, Waterford, failure to appear on a possession of drugs charge.

• Michael Shawn Williams, failure to appear on a possession of drugs charge.

• Patrick L. Gruber, of 100 Lulu St., Parkersburg, failure to appear on a tampering with evidence charge.

• Eric Lee Cumblidge, of 703 Elm St., Belpre, failure to appear on a tampering with evidence charge.

• Eric Brent Dickinson Sr., of 310 S. Hague Ave., Columbus, failure to appear on a child support case.

• Dustin Allen Atkinson, of 820 Belrock Ave., Belpre, failure to appear on a child support case.

• Jessica Marie Ruble, of 2355 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, probation violation on a possessing drug abuse instruments charge.

• Samuel Auston Scarborough, of 912 Girkin Bowling Strings Road, Bowling Green, Ky., failure to appear on a possession of drugs charge.

• Gabrielle Elizabeth Johnson, 26, of 34009 Flatwoods Road, Pomeroy, was arrested for probation violation, a felony.

• Jeffery Carlyle Beaver, 49, of 17824 State Route 550, Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Andrew Adam Crites, 37, homeless, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Uriah Matthew Hill, 43, homeless, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Sha Ray Keyana Butler, 25, of 3668 E. 153rd St. DN, Cleveland, was arrested for driving under suspension and speed, misdemeanors.

• Mark Christopher Haynes, 33, of 2100 Hill St., Apt. G, Belpre, was arrested for driving under suspension, illegal use or possession of drug instruments, possessing drug abuse instruments and theft, all misdemeanors.

• Nick Lee Losey Jr., 25, of 410 Robinson Hill Road, Marietta, was arrested for reckless operation and driving under suspension, both misdemeanors.

• Delbert Daniel Cain, 43, of 100 Simpson St., Marietta, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

Charles Rex Justis, age 50, 46545 SR 248, Long Bottom, OH, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, a misdemeanors.

• Michal L Paventi, 49, of 4814 Westchester Drive, Youngstown, was arrested for possession of drugs, two counts, both felonies, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Patrick Corey Jackson, 39, of 2301 Rockland Ave., Belpre, was arrested for two of counts probation violation, both felonies.

• Christopher Paul Cook, 28, of 1340 Lynch Church Road, Marietta, was arrested for drug possession, a felony, and possession of drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.

• Michael Paul Howell, 40, of 18695 State Route 26, Reno, was arrested for breach of recognizance, drug paraphernalia and contempt of court, all misdemeanors.

• Jennifer Dawn Science, 46, of 127 State Route 821, Marietta, was arrested for possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and possession of drug abuse instruments, misdemeanors, tampering with evidence, and possession of drugs, both felonies.

• Brittany Dianne Tolliver, 33, of 50475 B. Bigley Ridge Road, Long Bottom, was arrested for contempt of court, a misdemeanor.
