¯ A deputy responded June 1 to 1220 East Branch Road, Lowell, in reference to a complaint of Larry Joy’s dog going onto a neighbor’s property. The incidents occurred May 26, May 30 and May 31. Joy advised the dog will pull loose from the restraint. A summons is being requested for Larry G. Joy, 58, for animals at large.

¯ A sergeant began an investigation Wednesday into theft from an elderly subject. This case remains under investigation.

¯ A sergeant responded Wednesday to Drayer Trucking, 20470 State Route 60, Beverly, to a trespassing complaint. It was reported that Jessica Strode had walked up to the garage and was stopped before she got into an employee’s vehicle. She was told to leave the property, however she attempted to get into another vehicle. Strode then left the property. Contact with Strode was attempted, however she would not answer the door. A summons is being requested for Jessica Fawn Strode, 36, of 600 Ullman St., Beverly, on a charge of trespassing.

¯ A lieutenant investigated the violation of a protection order on Thursday. After completing the investigation, Haley Ashton Jett, 29, of 171 Millbranch Road, Belpre, was charged with violating a protection order.

¯ A deputy responded Friday to Dunham Township in reference to a 6-by-8-foot utility trailer being stolen. This case remains under investigation.

¯ A lieutenant responded Friday to Waterford Township where a squad had been requested for a male subject. The lieutenant observed Malcolm Hinton on the ground. Information was received that Hinton had been drinking. Charges for underage consumption were filed on Malcolm Parker Hinton, 19, of Waterford.

¯ Deputies were attempting to apprehend a subject Sunday in the Wesley Township area. A vehicle in the area was observed possibly turning around in a driveway. Deputies made contact at the vehicle and met with John Russell Bonnette, the driver. Deputies observed the inside of the vehicle to ensure the wanted individual was not inside. Located in plain view was a bag containing marijuana. While completing the search handguns were found on the front seat. Bonnette, 38, was placed under arrest and charged with two counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs.

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Christopher Russel McCort, 41, of Malta, was arrested for parole violation, a felony.

¯ Antionne Lashon Blackwell, 41, of Hartwell, Ga., was arrested for having weapons while under disability, aggravated robbery and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, all felonies.

¯ Joshua David Murphy, 33, of Coolville, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Ernest Edward Dilley, 58, of Zanesville, was arrested for OVI, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs 0.17 of 1 gram or more, no operator, assured clear distance, and no seatbelt, all misdemeanors.

¯ Kevin Andrew Williams, 33, of New Matamoras, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Amber Lee Haught, 36, of Belpre, was arrested for possession of drugs, a misdemeanor.

¯ Malcolm Parker Hinton, 19, of Waterford, was arrested for alcohol underage of 21, a misdemeanor.

¯ Barriman Lee Bell, 35, of Cambridge, was arrested for theft without consent, a misdemeanor.

¯ Alison Jo Andermanis, 22, of Belpre, was arrested for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

¯ Kristofer Robert Layne Eye, 37, of Lower Salem, was arrested for criminal damaging and menacing, both misdemeanors.

¯ Tyler Patrick Austin, 27, of Marietta, was arrested for using weapons while intoxicated, and three counts of endangering children, all misdemeanors.

¯ Goround Ali Sasay, 22, of Akron, was arrested for assault, resisting arrest, and two counts obstructing official business, all misdemeanors.

¯ Joanna Lee Tullius, 41, of Little Hocking, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ David Wayne Wriston, 36, of Marietta, was arrested for violating a protection order, a misdemeanor.

¯ John Russell Bonnette, 38, of Vincent, was arrested for two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs, all felonies.
