¯ A patrolman was dispatched to the 100 block of Oakwood Avenue on Oct. 27 for a lost juvenile. The father also called to report the juvenile missing. The juvenile had jumped from a two-story window to run away. The juvenile had minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
¯ An officer was dispatched Oct. 27 to 140 Warner St. in regards to a disturbance over parking. Anthony Lewis Lawrence was arrested for assault.
¯ Units were dispatched Oct. 28 to a disturbance at 1003 Third St. Mark Swaney was found inside the home of the victim and the victim was assaulted during the confrontation. An arrest warrant was issued for Mark Everett Swaney for aggravated burglary and assault. He was arrested on this warrant Nov. 3.
¯ An officer was dispatched Oct. 30 to Hart Street, Marietta, in reference to a disturbance. After the investigation, the officer attempted to take Rainey Miles Tennant into custody, but Tennant had a medical issue and was taken to Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was served with a charge of domestic violence.
¯ Units responded to the 100 block of Putnam Avenue on Oct. 30 in reference to a disruptive subject. This case will be sent to the law director's office for consideration for disorderly conduct.
¯ A patrolman was dispatched to Warner Street on Oct. 31 in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival and after the investigation, it was learned that a man pushed his juvenile daughter against a wall and pulled her hair. When her mother stepped in to defend her daughter, the man pinned her to the wall, also trying to attack the juvenile victim. When they tried to call for help, the man threw the woman's phone and fled the area.
¯ An officer was dispatched Oct. 31 to Walmart in reference to a trespass complaint. After the investigation, Derrick Carr was arrested for trespass and released on a personal recognizance bond.
¯ Units were dispatched Nov. 1 to a vehicle fully engulfed on Interstate 77 southbound near mile marker 1. It was learned that the 2012 Chevy Impala was stolen from 300 Alderman St., Marietta, and set on fire. The investigation is ongoing.
¯ A patrolman was dispatched Nov. 1 to Hart Street in reference to a missing license plate. It is unknown if the plate fell off while driving or was taken. Information will be entered into NCIC as missing/stolen. The victim is going to the BMV to replace the plate.

¯ A deputy completed a private property crash report Oct. 31 at the Dollar General, Ohio 60, Adams Township.
¯ Deputies responded Nov. 4 to Third Street, Adams Township, to a report of an incident at this location. Chad Parsons was heard yelling upon deputies arriving and was asked to come outside. Based on the outcome of the investigation, it was determined that Chad Robert Parsons, 41, would be placed under arrest and charged with domestic violence as well as possession of drugs (methamphetamine 2.54 grams).
¯ On Nov. 4, a deputy requested a summons be issued to Nina Michelle Male, 69, of 1081 State Route 339, Vincent, for failure to restrain her dog. Male has a dog that has been reported as being loose on Oct. 28 from 303 Third St., Waterford Township, and biting two juveniles.
¯ A deputy was dispatched Nov. 4 to Walnut Drive, Salem Township, to a report of a dog running loose on another's property. The deputy spoke with Carly Isaacs regarding her dog being loose, which was also previously loose on Oct. 28. A summons will be issued for Isaacs of 6939 State Route 821, Whipple, for failure to restrain.
¯ A deputy conducted an investigation Nov. 4 into a delinquent child. At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined that a summons would be issued for delinquency by disorderly conduct.
¯ A deputy began an investigation Nov 5 into a possible financial scam.
¯ A deputy began an investigation Nov 5 into a stolen video game from a vehicle in Muskingum Township.
¯ A deputy received a warrant Nov. 5 from the Commonwealth of Kentucky for the arrest of Stacy Nicole Stevens on charges of promoting a minor in sex performance and use of a minor in a sex performance. The information received in the warrant was compared with the booking information provided by Stevens when booked into the Washington County Jail. A charge of fugitive from justice was filed on Stevens, 36, of 260 Summers Road, Marietta.
¯ Deputies responded Nov. 6 to 304 Third St., Adams Township, to a report of subjects yelling and being disorderly. Deputies determined that Dillon Ankrom was arguing with residents. Ankrom was located and consent to search was obtained for his backpack. There were numerous needle syringes and metal spoons with burnt residue on them. When asked about the spoons, he stated they were used for methamphetamine use, but denied they belonged to him. He advised all the syringes were his, due to a medical condition. A burnt glass smoking pipe with residue was also located in the bag. All these items were collected and placed in evidence. A summons is being requested for Dillon Shane Ankrom, 20, on a charge of possession of drug abuse instrument and illegal possession of paraphernalia.

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:
¯ Stacy Nicole Stevens, 36, of Cambellsville, Ky., was arrested for fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.
¯ William Henry Thomas, 52, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
