¯ A deputy requested a summons Monday to be issued to Eva Marie Carpenter, 30, of 685 Mitchells Lane, Marietta, on a charge of failing to restrain her dog.
¯ A lieutenant began an investigation Monday into a stolen debit card in which subjects used the card to make fraudulent purchases totaling more than $2,900.
¯ A deputy issued a citation Monday to Alyiah F. Ansell, 24, of 2314 Pierce Path, Reynoldsburg, for driving 80 mph in a 60 mph zone.
¯ A deputy began an investigation Tuesday in reference to threats made by a student. A summons is being requested on a charge of delinquency.

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:
¯ Ryan Michael Fisher, 23, of Clarksburg, W.Va., was arrested for aggravated menacing, a felony.
¯ Javon Lamar Wilson, 31, of Akron, was arrested for aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, both felonies.
