Arrests/Washington County

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Brianna Kay Daugherty, 31, of Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Lionel Justin Gore, 34, of New Matamoras, was arrested for murder, aggravated murder, four counts of aggravated arson, tampering with evidence, three counts of endangering children and abuse of a corpse, all felonies.

¯ Jaeviaire Saiquan Small, 19, of Akron, was arrested for no operator’s license, a misdemeanor.

¯ Jeremy Frank Harris, 43, of Williamstown, was arrested for forgery, theft, breach of recognizance, and forgery, all felonies.

¯ Brian Dean O’Neil, 38, of Nashport, was arrested for two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

¯ Erika Denise Jones, 35, of Columbus, was arrested for trafficking in fentanyl, possession of heroin, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing official business and aggravated possession of drugs, all felonies.

¯ Danielle Anne Dalton, 29, of Albany, was arrested for OVI, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving under suspension, no headlights and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

¯ Scott Lee Carpenter, 59, of Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Dustin Allen Atkinson, 35, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested for theft without consent, a felony.

¯ Joshua Mark Whitstine, 31, of Marietta, was arrested for parole violation, a felony.

¯ Brandon Shawn Mosier, 29, of Youngstown, was arrested for parole violation, a felony.

¯ Marissa Sky Sites, 21, of McConnelsville, was arrested for hit skip private property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, breach of recognizance, no operator’s license and failure to control, all misdemeanors.

¯ Michael Anthony Offenberger, 36, of Belpre, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors and aggravated possession of drugs, a felony.

¯ Matthew Richard Jett, 36, of Beverly, was arrested for driving under suspension, illegal use of possession of drug paraphernalia, wrong plate, failure to file report, and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

¯ David Wayne Wriston, 37, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation and possession of drugs, both felonies.
