¯ Barbara A. Littler, 67, of 2120 Wells Road, Waterford, and an unknown vehicle were northbound Nov. 17 on Interstate 77 in Fearing Township. Littler's 2019 Honda CR-V was struck by debris from the other vehicle.
¯ A three-vehicle crash occurred Nov. 18 on Ohio 7 in Newport Township. The three vehicles were northbound on Ohio 7. A 2010 Dodge Caliber occupied by Jacob R. Ward, 15, of 110 Electra Ave., Marietta, became disabled on the roadway. Hayden Alan Wood, 17, of 106 W. Montgomery St., Marietta, stopped on the roadway behind Ward's vehicle. Aaron David Peterman, 21, of 518 Camphill Road, Elizabeth, failed to stop within an assured clear distance and struck Wood's 2015 Ford Escape. Wood's car struck Ward's car and forced Ward's car off the right side of the roadway, where it then struck a ditch. Wood's car came to rest off the right side of the roadway. Peterman's 2011 Ford F-150 came to rest in the roadway. Peterman was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Mary Catherine Hresho, 70, of 113 Buckeye Ridge Road, Chesterhill, and Benjamin David Robert Eisenhour, 29, of 222 Center St. Apt. 2, Mount Wolf, Pa., were westbound Nov. 22 on U.S. 50 in Belpre Township. Eisenhour's 2011 Honda Insight struck Hresho's 2002 Chevrolet Impala from behind. Hresho went off the right edge of the roadway, struck the guardrail fence and went off the left side of the roadway. Eisenhour went off the right side of the roadway and struck the guardrail fence. Hresho was taken by Little Hocking EMS to Marietta Memorial Hospital-Belpre with suspected minor injuries. Eisenhour was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Clayton A. Clark, 23, of 112 Deer Haven St., Marietta, was traveling southbound Nov. 22 on Ohio 821 in Waterford Township. Jonathan Allen Anderson, 24, of 11499 State Route 821, Lower Salem, was stopped in traffic. Clark's 2002 Chevrolet Silverado struck Anderson's 2005 Kia Spectra LD. Clark was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Jeremy Raymond Miller, 42, of 2865 Laurel Ridge Road, Lowell, was traveling northbound Nov. 22 on Ohio 7 in Grandview Township when his 2013 GMC Sierra, owned by the Ohio Department of Transportation, ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a utility pole. He was taken by Matamoras EMS to Marietta Memorial Hospital with suspected minor injuries. Miller was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.
¯ A two-car crash occurred Nov. 24 on Ohio 339 in Barlow Township. Robert L. Crum, 73, of 173 Saint Andrews Blvd., Belpre, and Steve L. Morris, 58, of 3158 Mitchell Lane, Washington, W.Va., were southbound on Ohio 339. Morris was stopped in traffic in a 1988 International owned by Windland Trucking of Belpre. Crum failed to maintain assured clear distance ahead in his 2021 Chevrolet Colorado and struck Morris' truck. Crum was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Mark B. Moyers, 38, of 10965 State Route 550, Barlow, and Susan R. Stiers, 42, of 2357 Vickers Road, Marietta, were westbound Nov. 27 on Ohio 550 in Barlow Township. Stiers slowed her 2017 Subaru Outback for traffic. Moyers failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead, striking Stiers' vehicle in the rear. Moyers drove his 1980 Ford F-150 off the right side of the roadway, striking a guardrail. Moyers was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Breanna Renee Encinias, 21, of 120 Washington St., Waterford, and Aimee Dawn Wheeler, 35, of 1880 Michaelis Road, Marietta, were traveling southbound Nov. 29 on Ohio 60 in Muskingum Township. Wheeler slowed her 2019 Toyota Sienna for stopped traffic. Encinias failed to maintain assured clear distance ahead in her 2014 Chevrolet Sonic, striking Wheeler's car. Encinias was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.
¯ A three-car collision occurred Nov. 30 on Ohio 339 in Beverly. Danean E. Tornes, 56, of 3125 Righteous Ridge Road, Waterford, Jason A. Ackerman, 50, of 49177 Lewisville Northern Road, Lewisville, and Suellen Dawn Coleman, 42, of 2525 Ross Road NW, Malta, were all northbound on Ohio 339. Ackerman and Coleman were stopped in traffic. Tornes failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead in her 2009 Nissan Murano and struck Ackerman's 2005 Chevrolet Equinox. Ackerman's vehicle was then forced into Coleman's 2009 Honda Pilot after being struck. Tornes was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:
¯ Casey Troy Carpenter, 25, of Lowell, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Scott Edward Peterson, 45, of Rutland, was arrested for contempt of court.
¯ Emily Marie Blevins, 25, of Cutler, was arrested for falsification, possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, contempt of court, breach of recognizance and disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors.
¯ Tasha Nicole Glidden, 39, of Caldwell, was arrested for breach of recognizance, driving under suspension, contempt of court and failure to control, all misdemeanors.
¯ Victor Branham Whittekind, 33, of Marietta, was arrested for contempt of court and driving under suspension, both misdemeanors.
¯ Rebecca Dawn Sparks, 38, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Twila Jean Martin, 47, of Vienna, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Shawn Eugene Covey, 44, homeless, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault, both misdemeanors.
¯ Devonne NMN Curtis, 62, homeless, was arrested for criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.
