¯ Heath William Stevens, 43, of 1045 Bethel Road, Marietta, was traveling northwest on Township Road 275 in Warren Township Jan. 16 when his 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee went off the left side of the roadway, striking a tree. No citations were issued.
¯ Ryan O. Nichols, 45, of 1936 Barth Road, Belpre, was northbound Jan. 16 on Township Road 383 in Dunham Township. Washington County Sheriff's Deputy Mathais A. Brown was southbound on Township Road 383. Nichols failed to yield half the roadway in his 1996 Subaru Legacy, owned by International Sales Service of Parkersburg, striking Brown's 2016 Ford Explorer. Nichols then fled the scene. No citations were issued.
¯ Timothy Earl Offenberger, 52, of 1921 Hayesville Road, Waterford, was southbound Jan. 18 on Ohio 60 in Muskingum Township when he lost control of his 2000 Nissan Frontier. He slid onto the left shoulder and struck a guardrail fence. He was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.
¯ Anthony Bernard Theobald, 29, of 153 Brooks Lane Apt. E, Lowell, was southbound Jan. 18 on Ohio 60 in Muskingum Township when he lost control of his 2001 Chevrolet Silverado. He slid off the right side of the roadway, striking a ditch. He was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.
