¯ Shelli S. Lewis, 59, of 3307 Righteous Ridge Road, Waterford, was northbound Dec. 31 on Ohio 339 in Waterford Township when her 2017 Toyota 86 crossed over the centerline and went off the left side of the roadway. Lewis went down an embankment and struck a culvert. No citations were issued.

¯ Terry J. Sadler, 76, of 3297 Barth Road, Belpre, was eastbound Jan. 5 on County Road 3 in Dunham Township. He drove his 2005 GMC Sierra off the right side of the roadway, through a field and into a ditch. He was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it and for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

¯ Tyshawn P. Thomas, 33, of 855 West Ave., Buffalo, N.Y., was southbound Jan. 6 on Interstate 77. He drove his 2017 Freightliner, owned by Ryder Truck Rental Inc. of Miami, Fla., off the right side of the roadway, attempted to re-enter the roadway and jack knifed. No citations were issued.

¯ Robert Bruce Bayles, 50, of 11 E. High St., Little Hocking, was traveling northwest Jan. 6 on Ohio 7 in Marietta Township. Kristy D. Weaver, 44, of 117 N. Second St. Apt. C, Byesville, was attempting to turn her 2015 Subaru Legacy left onto southbound Ohio 7 from Township Road 1165. Weaver failed to yield to oncoming traffic and hit Bayles’ 2002 International, which is owned by the Washington County Commissioners. Weaver was cited for not yielding the right-of-way.

¯ Marietta Police Officer Ryan L. Allender, 36, was stationary in his 2016 Ford Explorer Jan. 7 in the right southbound lane of Ohio 7 in Marietta, while Anthony E. Stump, 63, of 146 Rauch Drive, Marietta, was traveling in the left southbound lane of Ohio 7. Stump made a marked lanes violation in his 2008 Nissan Xterra and struck the police cruiser. Stump was cited for not driving in a single lane.
