¯ Lydia R. Barker, 16, of 196 Fourth St., Lowell, was northbound Feb. 6 on Ohio 60 in Waterford Township when her 2010 Nissan Rogue ran off the right side of the road, struck a traffic sign and an embankment before overturning. She was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.
¯ A two-car collision occurred Feb. 7 on Ohio 821 in Muskingum Township. Jacob M. Swisher, 18, of 43475 Tabor Ridge Road, Summerfield, and Kayla N. Lees, 25, of 40103 State Route 26, Woodsfield, were southbound on Ohio 821. Lees was stopped to make a left turn onto Interstate 77. Swisher failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead in his 2010 Ford F-150, striking Lees' 2016 Ford Explorer in the rear. Swisher was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Nathan Cole Hixenbaugh, 23, of 78 Railroad St., Cameron, W.Va., was eastbound Feb. 7 on County Road 9 in Marietta Township. Mohamed Billoh Jalloh, 43, of 3265 18th St. Suite 5, Fargo, N.D., was southbound on Ohio 7. Hixenbaugh was making a right turn onto Ohio 7 from County Road 9. Jalloh failed to stop his 2020 Ram Promaster 3500 for a red light, striking Hixenbaugh's 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. Jalloh was cited for running a red light.

Bennett, 68, of 188 Main St., Lowell, was traveling southbound Feb. 9 on Ohio 60 in Muskingum Township when her 2010 Toyota Corolla veered off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and a traffic sign. She was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.
¯ Jackson D. Lowe, 16, of 101 Church Drive, Lower Salem, was northbound Feb. 9 on Ohio 821 in Salem Township when he drove his 1998 Ford Ranger off the right side of the roadway. He struck an embankment and overturned. He was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.
¯ Nathan Oliver Summers, 32, of 129 Elkhorn Lane, Friendly, and Margaret A. Dostal, 64, of 551 Browns Lane, Newport, were southbound Feb. 10 on Ohio 7 in Marietta Township. Dostal struck Summers' 2015 Ford F-150 in the rear with her 2006 Subaru Outback. Dostal was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Joe Lambeth Jr., 63, of 803 Washington St., Marietta, was turning northbound Feb. 11 on Ohio 7 in Warren Township. The vehicle he was driving, a 2007 Ford F-150, owned by Eramet Marietta Inc., went off the left side of the road and into the median, striking a traffic sign. He was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.
¯ Devante Neal Smith, 26, of 1 Pomeroy Road Apt. A1, Athens, was southbound Feb. 13 on Interstate 77 in Aurelius Township when his 1994 Chevrolet Camaro struck a snow bank, ran off the right side of the road and struck an embankment. He was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.
¯ Alivia Ryan Bickham, 22, of 812 Phillips St., Marietta, was traveling northbound Tuesday on County Road 2 in Belpre Township. Jeremiah Lowell Wiley, 18, of 406 Florence St. Apt. 2, Belpre, was traveling southbound. Wiley crossed the centerline in his 1998 Toyota Sienna, over-corrected and went off the right side of the road. He then struck a ditch, causing mud to be thrown onto Bickham's 2008 Honda Accord. She crossed the centerline, struck an embankment and overturned. Wiley was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.

¯ A deputy began an investigation Tuesday in Dunham Township about a home being entered and items removed.
¯ A deputy was dispatched Wednesday to Adams Township about Mark Bennett tearing up a home. The victim left the residence, afraid of what Bennett would do. After completing the investigation, it was determined that Mark Allen Bennett, 32, of 1455 East Branch Road, Lowell, would be placed under arrest for domestic violence, criminal damaging and disorderly conduct.
