¯ A deputy received notification Feb. 14 that Larry Joy's dogs were off of his property near East Branch Road, Lowell, on Jan. 14 and Feb. 11. After completing the investigation, it was determined that Larry G. Joy would be charged with failure to restrain.
Arrests/Washington County
The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:
¯ Alexis Leeanne Clatterbuck, 22, of Vincent, was arrested for probation violation, a felony.
¯ Dean William Smith, 29, of McConnelsville, was arrested for four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and eight counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, all felonies.
¯ Amy Suzzanne Books, 35, of Marietta, was arrested for possession of fentanyl, a felony.
¯ Devon Lee Taylor, 19, of Marietta, was arrested for assault and menacing, both misdemeanors.
¯ William Core Woods, 36, of Pomeroy, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony.
¯ Steven Mark Boise, II, 36, of Mineral Wells, was arrested for receiving stolen property, a felony.
¯ Isreal Lee Crumpton, 27, of Detroit, Mich., was arrested for fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.
¯ Kayla Lachelle Wallace, 28, of Belpre, was arrested for two counts of possessing drug abuse instruments, contempt of court, two counts of drug paraphernalia, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, probation violation, all misdemeanors, three counts of possession of drugs, theft from a disabled adult, and misuse of credit cards, all felonies.
¯ Michael William Martin, 27, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation and possession of drug abuse instruments, both misdemeanors.
¯ Aalandiss Alie Lynch, 22, of Canton, was arrested for theft and passing bad checks, both felonies.
¯ Dillon Shane Ankrom, 21, of Lowell, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments, two counts of theft, contempt of court and two counts of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
¯ Jaclyn Jean Kerns, 41, of Parkersburg, was arrested for probation violation and possession of drugs, both felonies, possessing drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
¯ Larry Manule Defrietas, 49, of Parkersburg, was arrested for probation violation, and possession of drugs, both felonies, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs, no operator's license, failure to comply with order or signal of PO, and OVI, all misdemeanors.
