¯ Members of the Washington County Sheriff's Office became involved in a pursuit Friday in which Martin Riley Robinson, 47, of Pickering Street, Parkersburg, was taken into custody and charged with harassment by inmate, inducing panic, failure to comply, obstructing official business, possessing criminal tools, criminal damaging and fugitive from justice (WV). Robinson was transported for medical attention for self-inflicted injuries.

Arrests/Washington County

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Phillip Everett Wiley, 27, of Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Martin Riley Robinson, 47, of Parkersburg, was arrested for harassment by inmate, inducing panic, failure to comply, obstructing official business, all felonies, possessing criminal tools, criminal damaging and fugitive from justice, all misdemeanors.

¯ Emma Rose Muir, 25, of Waterford, was arrested for three counts of driving under suspension, criminal trespass, speed, no seatbelt, and contempt of court, all misdemeanors; and breach of recognizance, aggravated possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl, all felonies.

¯ Brenda Lou Dailey, 42, of Walker, W.Va., was arrested for two counts of domestic violence, both misdemeanors.

¯ Michael Anthony Offenberger, 36, of Marietta, was arrested for breach of recognizance and aggravated possession of drugs, both felonies.

¯ Jeremy Allen Hines, 28, of Marietta, was arrested for two counts of domestic violence, criminal damaging, and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

¯ William Nelson Dunham, 52, of Parkersburg, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
