¯ A deputy was advised March 20 that Jessica Stevens' dog had left the property at 723 Eighth St., Marietta, and attacked a neighbor's dog. A summons is being requested for Jessica Lynn Stevens on a charge of failing to restrain her dog.
¯ A deputy was advised March 20 that Krystal Smith's dogs had been dropped off at the shelter as a stray from the City of Marietta. Attempts to contact Smith met with negative results. A summons will be requested for Krystal Smith, on a charge of failure to control her dog.
¯ A deputy received complaints March 17 and 19 regarding two dogs running loose from a Morningside Drive, Marietta Township, address, and acting aggressively towards neighbors. The deputy met with the owner, who advised they were fostering one of the dogs, and her dog would follow the other dog when it ran off. A summons is being requested for Catherine Ann Bigley, 109 Morningside Drive, Marietta, on a charge of failing to restrain her dog.
¯ A deputy met with Dalton Ball of Marietta on Saturday in reference to his stolen Kia Optima. The vehicle was later recovered, crashed in Wood County.
¯ Deputies responded Sunday to Rummer Road, Warren Township, to a report of possible violence. Lindsey Pottmeyer and Jarrod Schultheisz were involved in an argument, with Schultheisz becoming upset and throwing a gaming console against the wall. Both subjects then struck the other. Both subjects admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages that evening. A summons for disorderly conduct will be requested for Lindsey Suzanne Pottmeyer and Jarrod B. Schultheisz, Rummer Road, Marietta.
Arrests/Washington County
The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:
¯ Andrea Lee Sees, 28, of Parkersburg, was arrested for aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl, both felonies; and criminal damage, breach of recognizance and possession of drug abuse instruments, all misdemeanors.
¯ Jason Joe Haught, 42, of Belpre, was arrested for a probation violation, a felony.
¯ Daryl Eugene Moore, 43, of New Matamoras, was arrested for contempt of court.
¯ Kirk Russell Slider, 28, address unknown, was arrested for a probation violation, a misdemeanor.
