Reports/Washington County

¯ A deputy began an investigation April 20 in Muskingum Township where a report was made in reference to damage to Putnam School.

¯ A sergeant responded April 20 to a residence on Wynncrest Drive, Warren Township, in regards to a reported domestic violence incident. Rhonda Clark had taken a vehicle without permission and earlier had shoved the victim to the ground. Clark stated that nothing happened and that law enforcement had no reason to be there. Clark refused to open the door to the bathroom, forcing deputies to open the door and place Clark under arrest. Rhonda Deann Clark, 45, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail, charged with domestic violence.

¯ A deputy was patrolling Dunham Township April 20 when he observed a vehicle that he had knowledge of having a fictitious registration. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver of the Ford Mustang continued on until he reached his driveway at 1776 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre. The driver, identified as Dustin Brooks, stated he had no driver's license when asked. When asked about the license plate, Brooks stated that it didn't belong on the vehicle. When asked to perform standardized field sobriety testing he agreed, however performed poorly. Brooks was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail. Brooks, 35, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, driving under suspension, and fictitious registration.

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Candice Dianne Prather, 38, of Parkersburg, was arrested for aggravated possession of drugs and permitting drug abuse, both felonies.

¯ Crystal Dawn Seevers, 38, of Parkersburg, was arrested for probation violation, a felony.

¯ Dustin Lee Brooks, 35, of Belpre, was arrested for probation violation, OVI, driving under suspension and fictitious plates, all misdemeanors.

¯ Connie Sue Schau, 68, of Lowell, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Deryl Edward Wilson Jr., 52, of Lowell, was arrested for fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

¯ Travis Eugene Williams, 25, of Reedsville, was arrested for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

¯ Dustin Ray Riley, 36, of Marietta, was arrested for aggravated possession of drugs and parole violation, both felonies.

¯ Charles Edwin Day, age unknown, of Cutler, was arrested for aggravated menacing, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, all misdemeanors.

¯ Ronald Eugene Blackstone, age unknown, of Marietta, was arrested for tampering with evidence, a felony.
