Reports/Ohio State Highway Patrol

¯ Tyler Martin Andermanis, 25, of 52 St. Andrews Blvd., Belpre, was northbound May 12 on County Road 10 in Warren Township when his 2009 Honda Civic veered off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch. He was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.

¯ Benjamin Davis Pfeiffer, 16, of 431 Fourth St., Marietta, was westbound May 16 on Ohio 26 in Marietta Township. He drove his 2021 Subaru Crosstrek off the right side of the roadway, struck a culvert and overturned. He was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it.

¯ Craig Darien Barth, 20, of 7788 Gun Club Road, Lowell, was southbound May 18 on Ohio 821 in Muskingum Township. Robert Bingham, 51, of 87 Oregon Drive #2, Vienna, was northbound on Ohio 821. Bingham failed to yield to Barth while making a left turn. Barth’s 1996 Pontiac Firebird struck the truck Bingham was driving, a 2008 Chevrolet Colorado owned by Smitty’s Pizza of Marietta. Bingham was cited for not yielding the right of way when turning left.

Arrests/Washington County

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ David Michael Burns, 42, of Ashville, was arrested for contempt of court.

¯ Anthony Cameron Williams, 48, address unknown, was arrested for probation violation, a felony.

¯ Emily Brooke Knotts, 44, of Marietta, was arrested for breach of recognizance and theft, both misdemeanors.

¯ Kevin Walter Reynolds, 52, of Beverly, was arrested for parole violation, a felony.

¯ Carl Hayden Wilson, 40, of Parkersburg, was arrested for fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

¯ Brandon Roy Stover, 38, of Marmet, W.Va., was arrested for failure to comply and felonious assault, both felonies.

¯ Harold Nelson Joy, 57, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
