¯ A deputy was dispatched Saturday to Greene Street, Newport Township, to a report of Anthony Hinterlong being on the property threatening to shoot the family. Residents of the home stated they were outside when Hinterlong drove past the house and turned around in the driveway.

Hinterlong was told he was not welcome on the property. It was reported that Hinterlong made a gun gesture with his hand and said "I ain't going to talk," as he held his finger up, continuing to make threatening remarks.

Contact with Hinterlong was attempted, however he hung up the phone upon learning it was law enforcement. A warrant was requested through Marietta Municipal Court and issued for the arrest of Anthony J. Hinterlong, 61, of 531 B Riverview Drive, Belmont, W.Va., on a charge of menacing.

¯ Units responded Sunday to a call of a suspicious gray Chevrolet Silverado, with possible stolen items. Deputies knew the vehicle to belong to Jason Allman. The truck was located parked at a location on Sealy Ridge Road.

Allman agreed to talk to officers and allowed the vehicle to be searched. Located in the vehicle were items believed to belong to an individual who had reported an incident on Hanna Road. Deputies responded Friday to Barnett Ridge Road, Barlow Township. At the location in question, deputies located several items which matched items stolen from Hanna Road, along with other evidentiary items. Contact was made on Cave Hill Road, Decatur Township, to a report of a vehicle stopped near the barn and the residents chasing them off.

Due to the location of Jason Wayne Allman being unknown, a warrant was requested and issued for Allman, 39, of 2346 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, on a charge of burglary, breaking and entering, attempted burglary and complicity to commit breaking and entering. The warrant was received and on Monday, deputies responded to the Allman residence where Allman was taken into custody on the outstanding warrants and processed into the Washington County Jail.

¯ A sergeant began an investigation Monday in Waterford Township where a 14-foot jon boat was stolen.

¯ A deputy was dispatched Monday to Ohio Boulevard, Muskingum Township, to a report of Shawn Dalrymple punching a family member. After completing the investigation, it was determined that Dalrymple would be charged with domestic violence. Shawn D. Dalrymple, 38, of Ohio Boulevard, Marietta, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.

¯ Robert Gregory Price, 50, of Marietta, was arrested for theft, a misdemeanor.

¯ James David Warner, 41, of Marietta, was arrested for violating a protection order, a felony.

¯ Richard Edward Ogden, II, 42, of Marietta, was arrested for felonious assault, a felony.

¯ Roy Arthur Lemasters, 58, address unknown, was arrested for inducing panic, a misdemeanor.

¯ John Lloyd Mace, 40, of Belpre, was arrested for felonious assault, trespassing and parole violation, all felonies.

¯ Ronald Lee Mayle, 60, of Cutler, was arrested for possession criminal tools and importuning, both felonies.

¯ Jeff Lorenzo Mason, 31, of Massillon, was arrested for possession of drugs and attempted tampering with evidence, both felonies.

¯ Angie Selene Riley, 57, of Lowell, was arrested for theft, a felony.

¯ James Edward Venham, 43, of Belpre, was arrested for violating a protection order, a misdemeanor.

¯ Kelly Jane Farnsworth, 34, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
