¯ Units responded June 8 to the 400 block of Marion Street in reference to a male subject laying on the sidewalk. Zachary Alexander Nicholas was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and resisting arrest.

¯ Units responded Friday to 602 Cisler Drive in reference to a disturbance. During the investigation, it was determined that one of the subjects, Cameron Sparkman, had an active warrant out of the State of Nebraska with full extradition. Sparkman was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail to await extradition.

¯ A report was taken Friday regarding a 15-foot black utility trailer that was taken from Promanco, 197 Acme St., on May 14. Extensive surveillance video was obtained.

¯ A patrolman investigated the report of a shoplifting from Walmart Saturday. Emma Adams, 65, was discovered to have switched tags, saving herself $76 on the purchase of planters. Adams was arrested and released after posting bond.

¯ Units responded Sunday to a report on a dead on arrival at a residence on Kenwood Street. An 85-year-old man was found deceased of apparent natural causes. The body was released by the Washington County Coroner.

¯ Officers responded Sunday to Smoker Friendly, 134 Gross St., in reference to the theft of a grinder. Officers located the suspect in an adjacent store. The subject attempted to flee and resisted arrest. Santana Lake, 36, was arrested for theft and resisting arrest.

Reports/Washington County

¯ A deputy responded June 7 to Muskingum Township in reference to a financial scam.

¯ A deputy responded June 8 to Lockhart Street, Belpre, to a report of threats and financial abuse by Kevin Lockhart. The deputy met with subjects in reference to the investigation. At the conclusion of the investigation, Kevin Jay Lockhart, 61, of Belpre, was placed under arrest and charged with felony theft, domestic violence, and aggravated menacing.

¯ A sergeant was dispatched June 8 in reference to a custody complaint. The individuals were to meet to exchange a juvenile, however the exchange did not occur.

¯ A deputy began an investigation Thursday into a toolbox being stolen from Barlow Township. The box contained numerous breakers, switches, wiring, and other items.

¯ A sergeant began an investigation Friday in Barlow Township in reference to a burglary.

¯ A deputy was dispatched Saturday to Handschumacher Road, to a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the driver, Keith A. Drake. Drake reported he had run out of gas. A bottle of alcohol was observed, along with a white powdery substance, which was reported to be meth. Keith A Drake, 35, of 3749 Bells Run Road, Newport, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of drugs.

¯ A lieutenant began an investigation Saturday in Muskingum Township in reference to a stolen 1972 Chevrolet pick-up truck.

¯ A deputy began an investigation Saturday into a breaking and entering in Marietta Township.

¯ A deputy was dispatched Saturday to Main Street, Adams Township, to a report of a fight. Lowell-Adams squad was on scene and provided aid. The subject of interest, Joseph Fielder, was found at his residence. Fielder stated a verbal fight began due to the victim’s speed through the neighborhood. Fielder approached the subject and words were exchanged prior to his arrival on the victim’s property. Fielder stated he defended himself after being pushed and kicked.

The victim acknowledged the verbal fight in the roadway, however he attempted to get away from Fielder and slipped in the grass where Fielder then began punching him in the face. Joseph Andrew Fielder, 42, of 184 Third St., Lowell, was placed under arrest, charged with felonious assault.

¯ Johnathan Patrick Lott, 29, of Parkersburg, was arrested for fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

¯ Eric Shawn Owens, 42, of Vincent, was arrested for endangering children, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, breach of recognizance, driving under suspension violating restriction, all misdemeanors.

¯ Casey Cole Palmer, 40, of Columbus, was arrested for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse, a felony.

¯ Mathew Thomas Sandy, 39, of Reno, was arrested for felonious assault, domestic violence, abduction, disrupting public service, all felonies.

¯ Kevin Jay Lockhart, 61, of Belpre, was arrested for theft, a felony, aggravated menacing and domestic violence, both misdemeanors.

¯ Zachary Alexander Nicholas, 29, of Vienna, was arrested for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.

¯ Eric Leon Parkins, 41, of Parkersburg, was arrested for possession of drugs and breach of recognizance, both felonies.

¯ Ronald Lee Deem Jr., 48, of Parkersburg, was arrested for domestic violence, arson, assault of a peace officer, and four counts of violating protection order, all felonies.

¯ Vincent Nicholas Desimone, 21, of Marietta, was arrested for a probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Cameron Dainan Brenden Sparkman, 29, of Marietta, was arrested for fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

¯ Justin Michael Broffman, age 27, of Coolville, was arrested on charges of OVI alcohol, drug abuse, or both, DUS, having physical control of vehicle while under the influence, using weapons while intoxicated, all misdemeanors.

¯ Issac James Corbitt, 21, of Marietta, was arrested on a probation violation, a felony.

¯ Delbert Daniel Cain, 46, of Marietta, was arrested on a parole violation, a felony.

¯ Austin James Elson, 21, of Canton, Ohio, was arrested on a probation violation, a felony.

¯ Jennifer Lynn Arden, 33, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested for theft, a misdemeanor, and grand theft, a felony.

¯ Keith Allen Drake, 35, of Newport, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony, and prohibitions against consumption in motor vehicle and probation violation, both misdemeanors.

¯ Joseph Andrew Fielder, 42, of Lowell, was arrested for felonious assault, a felony.

¯ Santana Lynette Lake, 36, of Marietta, was arrested for resisting arrest, theft and probation violation, all misdemeanors.

¯ Tshay Luethel Jenkins-Stevens, 21, of Chesterhill, was arrested for OVI, a misdemeanor.

¯ Amber Rae Shiflett, 38, of Marietta, was arrested for receiving stolen property and fugitive from justice, both felonies.

¯ Willis Patrick O’Brien, 29, of Marietta, was arrested for receiving stolen property, a felony.

¯ Mitchell Lee Greenwood, 36, of Newport, was arrested for domestic violence, a felony, and two counts of assault, both misdemeanors.

¯ Kristina Dawn Kirkbride, 44, of Williamstown, was arrested for no seat belt passenger, a misdemeanor.

¯ Shawn David Dalrymple, 38, of Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Jason Wayne Allman, of Vincent, was arrested for two counts of burglary two counts of complicity, breaking and entering and two counts of theft, all felonies.
