∫ Pablo Dominguez, 37, of 428 1/2 Front St., Marietta, was driving a 2012 Honda Accord eastbound on Greene Street in Marietta on Oct. 5 when he failed to stop at a red light and struck a 2019 Ford Transit cargo van driven by Diana R. Heiss, 1770 Michaelis Road, Marietta, who was making a left turn. Dominguez was charged with ignoring a red light signal.
∫ Everett Patrick Rooney, 66, of 10734 N. Ohio 60 NW, McConnelsville, was driving a 2013 Harley Davidson Street Glide motorcycle westbound on Ohio 78 in Malta Township Oct. 5 when he struck a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Marilyn Anne Crouse, 67, of 135 S. Elliott Road, Malta. Crouse was making a left turn onto Ohio 377 when Rooney was trying to pass her vehicle. Rooney was charged with improper passing.
