¯ Michael L. Perry, 34, of 109 Cornerstone Dr., Marietta, driving a 2011 Nissan Maxima Oct. 20, was eastbound on Marietta Township Road 1420 when he stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of Washington County Road 20. A 2013 Ford E-450 transit bus owned by B and L Agency of Ohio 821, Marietta, and driven by Allen J. Thieman, 54, of 110 High St., Marietta, was traveling north on Washington County 20 and turned left onto Marietta Township 1420. Perry failed to yield the right of way at the stop sign and struck the bus at an angle. He was charged with failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign .

¯ A 2002 Honda Goldwing motorcycle, owned by Clint J. Cruset of 16155 Meranda Rd., Anna, was being driven northbound on Ohio 555 in Homer Township Oct. 23 by Caden S. Cruset, 19, same address, when he failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the center line, overturned and slid off the left side of the roadway. Cruset was charged with unsafe speed.

¯ Chelsea Nichole Hayes, 31, of 715 Cisler Dr., Marietta, was driving a 2007 BMW X3 northbound on Ohio 60 Oct. 19 when she went off the right side of the road and struck a ditch. The vehicle then re-entered the roadway and went off the left side of the road and struck and building and a wood pile. Hayes was charged with improper passing.

¯ Keaton G. Hill, 18, of 139 Brant Dr., Marietta, was driving a 2003 Nissan Maxima eastbound on Ohio 676 in Marietta Township Oct. 20 and was stopped in traffic. Wyatt Lucas Erb, 17, of 1765 Ohio 676, Stockport, was driving eastbound in a 2012 Honda Civic owned by Steven D. Erb, same address, when he struck Hill's vehicle. Erb was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.

¯ Kyle D. Bailey, 36, 161 Turner Rd., Carbondale, was driving a 2004 Ford F-250 pickup eastbound on U.S. 50 in Belpre Township Oct. 22 when he struck a 2012 Chevy Silverado pickup owned by BIP Railroad, Columbus, and driven by Jacob D. Allen, 34, of 25940 Rock St., Coolville. Allen had slowed in traffic when Bailey struck his vehicle. Bailey was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.
