¯ Kimberly L. Stoops, 54, of 45 McGill Rd., Vincent, driving a 2014 Kia Sorento SUV, and Megan E. Proctor, 27, of 701 Circle Dr., Belpre, driving a 2010 Toyota Prius, were both westbound on Barlow Township 1520 on Jan. 17 when Proctor stopped at a stop sign and the Stoops vehicle hit the back of Proctor's car. Stoops was charged with following too closely.
¯ Jonathan Paul Bohl, 26, of 6585 Ohio 676, Stockport, driving a 2008 Kia Sportage SUV, was stopped at a stop sign on Fairfield Township Road 117 Jan. 18, then made a left turn onto Ohio 550 while failing to yield the right of way. Bohl's vehicle was struck by a 2022 Jeep Wrangler driven by Craig Anthony Yost, 60, of 6211 Burnett Rd., Cutler. Both vehicles struck a guardrail after the impact. Bohl was charged with failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
