¯ A 2018 Warren Local School District bus driven by Errol Kent Mayle, 76, of 4065 Two Mile Run Road, Cutler, was southbound on Ohio 339 in Dunham Township March 8 when he struck a 2011 Kia Forte owned by Donald Earley of 13 McGill Road, Vincent, and driven by a 16-year-old juvenile. The impact forced Earley's vehicle into a 2003 Toyota Solara driven by Cole Christopher Clatterbuck, 18, of 10 Northlake Court, Vincent, who was stopped to make a left turn onto Township Road 1245. Mayle was charged with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Benjamin L. Erb, 34, of 23165 Ohio 339, Beverly, was driving a 2009 Pontiac G6 southbound on Ohio 339 when he slid off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. Then he slid off the left side of the road and struck a metal fence. He was charged with operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control. The report listed unsafe speed as a contributing factor.
