Man accused in 2023 death among indictments

A man accused of causing the death of a Parkersburg woman riding in his vehicle when he crashed into a tree last year was among 18 people indicted this week by a Washington County Grand Jury. Timothee Lee Singer, 30, last known address 73 Indian Head Drive, Heath, Ohio, was indicted on one count of first-degree felony aggravated vehicular homicide and a fourth-degree felony of vehicular homicide.
