PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation and Regional Affiliates of Doddridge County, Ritchie County and the Little Kanawha Area are now accepting applications for the fall cycle of the Community Action Grants Program. Eligible nonprofit organizations and public institutions serving the region are encouraged to apply online by midnight on Sept. 15.
