Meetings ¯ Village and township officials, along with managers of publicly owned utilities, are invited to join Buckeye Hills Regional Council (BHRC) for a workshop designed to help applicants navigate the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) Fiscal Year 2028 Round 41 Small Government Program funding process.
