Sewer Work on Franklin Street The Water Reclamation Department will be performing work on the 400 block of Franklin Street to maintain, repair or replace the sanitary sewer. Franklin Street will be closed to traffic between Putnam and Lancaster Streets. There will be no parking on either side of the street from 413 Franklin St. to Lancaster Street. NEW MATAMORAS — The 63rd Matamoras High School Alumni Banquet was held June 13 at Matamoras Elementary School, according to a release from the Matamoras High School Alumni Association. The banquet included a social hour for alumni to meet with former classmates, followed by dinner, entertainment and recognition of honored classes, according to the release.
