Larry W. Goodrich, 67, of Spencer, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, Aug. 19, 2022 with the compassionate care of Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. A private cremation will take place at Mid-Ohio Valley Cremation Society.
