Delilah L. Potter, 81, of Little Hocking, died March 1, 2023, at the OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.

Delilah was born on February 2, 1942, in Trace Fork, West Virginia, and was the daughter of Edward Woodrow and Hazel Virginia Nicholas Kelley. Delilah loved her family dearly, her children, grandchildren, and her great grandchildren were her world.

Delilah created a home full of love, laughter, and joy, where her door was always open and her table always full. She will be forever missed by those that knew her.

Delilah is survived by daughters Regina Potter of Belpre, Diana (Mark) Roach of Little Hocking, Paula (Brad) Balderson of Little Hocking, and Karissa (Christopher) Hobbs of Columbus. Her sons Edward (Kathy) Potter, Jr of Little Hocking, Michael Potter (Jeff Reed) of Caldwell. Grandchildren, Jessica (Justin) Holland, Jacob Roach, Matthew (Sarah) Potter, Ryan (Haley) Potter, Sarah (Connor) Doris, Seth (Debria) Balderson, Eva Hobbs, and Hannah Hobbs. Great-grandchildren, Kylee Holland, Charlotte and Natalie Potter, and Leah Doris. Also a sister, Sharon Phillips of Parkersburg, WV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Edward T. Potter.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St Ambrose Catholic Church, with Father Huffman officiating.

Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre, on Monday March 6, 2023, from 4-8 PM.
