James Robert "Ratman" Miracle, formerly of Marietta, passed away Friday, March 10th, 2023. He was a graduate of Marietta High School in 1975 and attended Marshall University, Huntington West Virginia in 1975. Jim was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the Shriners. He was a member of the Royal Order of Jesters 156. Jim worked hard to help establish the Marietta Soccer League and had been a committed volunteer for the Marietta High School Soccer Programs- where he grilled a tremendous hot-dog depending on the preference. He was owner of Miracle Electrical Services, LLC & Pleasant Ridge Rentals, LLC.
Jim's talents were many, he was an extremely accomplished electrician, John-Deere Enthusiast, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, community volunteer who truly loved to spend time with family and friends, and they adored him. Preceded in death by his parents Frank-Norval and Delores, and younger brother John.
He is survived by his college sweetheart and wife of 40 years, Susan; daughters, Jessica (Nic), Tacy (Matt), & Shelby (Cole); Sons, Ryan (Sarah)- Granddaughter Marjorie & Skylar (Ashley), And his Brother, Frank Miracle Jr.; As well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A celebration of Jim's life will be held from 2-5pm Saturday, April 15, 2023 at The Shriner's Club of Marietta, Ohio. Laid to rest in Reno Cemetery.
