Lesa Jean Jeffers-Ball, 67, of Beverly, Ohio, died on Wednesday, September 6, 2003, at her home. She was born on August 20, 1956, in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of Robert L. Jeffers and Joanne Colmer. She graduated from Fort Frye High School in 1977 and had been a First Responder for the Beverly-Waterford Rescue Squad for many years and also worked as a dispatcher for the Beverly Police Department. She was a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by her family and many friends. On August 15, 1992, she was married to Randy Ball who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Michele Caplinger of Beverly and Regina Lake (Matt) of Lowell; three granddaughters, Jessica, Darian and Alex; and a grandson, Travis; three great grandchildren, Nathanial, Taylin and Landon; her siblings, Beth Haynes (Bruce) of Gatesville, Texas, Donna Jeffers of Gatesville, Texas, Steve Jeffers (Marcie) of Coal Run, Kim Swain of Florida and Jamie Kearns (Dave) of Florida; and many nieces and nephews; She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Lloyd Jeffers and Darrell Swain.
