Scott Dickson Carnahan

Scott Dickson Carnahan, 67, passed away peacefully at home on Oct. 18, 2023, the day before his 68th birthday, surrounded by loving family.

He resided in Lower Salem, OH until Sept 2023 when he moved to Belleview, FL.

He graduated with top honors after 2 years of home schooling while traveling with his brother in a country band. The Carnahan Brothers traveled as far as Jackson Hole, WY.

Scott played guitar, keyboard, mandolin, etc. He also booked the events, set up the equipment and managed the sound system.

Scott put his own dreams aside to assist his brother Bob. He was a loyal, unselfish person. Scott never had the chance to marry the love of his life.

Scott is survived by his family in FL: Mother, Donna Carnahan, sisters Dawnita (Charles) Vigne, Denise Miner and Danielle Dutton; nieces Amber (Chris) Pennuto and April Booth.

He was preceded in death by his father Robert Delmar Carnahan and his brother Robert Donel Carnahan.

We find peace knowing he rejoices with our Lord.

A celebration of life will be planned for the spring of 2024.
