Maysel Elizabeth McCutcheon Williams

Maysel Elizabeth McCutcheon Williams, 77, formerly of Marietta, OH, passed away after a brief illness on January 12, 2024 in Lexington, SC. The daughter and youngest child of the late Harvey C. and Mary E. McCutcheon born on August 17, 1945. She was the widow of Robert Williams.

Maysel was very much loved by her family and friends. She was Methodist by faith. She graduated from Warren High School and retired from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

She is survived by her siblings Ann Matthews and Joe McCutcheon and nieces and nephews Mike Matthews, Lila (Scot) Kaneff, Shane (Lisa) McCutcheon, Heather (Mark) Krugman, Misty (Jim) Myers, and Tony McCutcheon. Maysel was preceded in death by brother Jerry McCutcheon, brother-in-law Jim Matthews, sister-in-law Jaunita McCutcheon, nephew Tim Matthews, and niece Tammi Life.

In following Maysel’s wishes, she will be cremated. She will be buried beside her late husband at the Bartlett Cemetery at a later date.
