James W. “Jim” Perkins, 74, of Ava, Ohio, died Sunday, May 26, 2024, at his home. Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Friday at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home in Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed at 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will follow at Halley’s Ridge Cemetery.
