Frederick L. Stegner, 82, of Lowell, OH, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024, at his home. He was born November 18, 1942, in Marietta, OH, to the late Frederick Alfred and Francis Alberta Casto Stegner. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St. Marietta, burial to follow at Valley Cemetery with full military honors.
