Shelia Sue Douglas

Shelia Sue Douglas, 77, fell into the Arms of the Lord, Friday, November 29, 2024. Born in Parkersburg, WV, on March 29, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Lavella Eldine West, Sr. She was a 1965 graduate of Lawrence High School. Shelia was a homemaker and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed genealogy, and going to yard sales.

She is survived by four children, Christopher (Tina) Douglas, Jeffery (Melissa Wilson) Douglas, Daniel Douglas, and Jennifer (Scott) Medley; seven grandchildren, Christin Douglas, Chloe Douglas, Nakia (Dustin) Pritchett, Gage Douglas, Hunter Douglas, Hope Douglas, and Crosby Medley; one great-grandson, Declan Douglas; three brothers, Cameron (Monna) West, Sr., Mark West, and James (Cheryl) West, Sr.; three sisters, Gala (Ed) Beaver, Tracy (Rick) Dusky, and Celesta (Bill) Greenwood; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Kenneth West, Jr.

Funeral service will be 11 A.M. Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV with Pastor David Beaver officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery.
