Judy Kay Skidmore, 78, of Marietta, OH., passed away December 25, 2024 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She was born September 1, 1946 in Marietta to the late Charles and Mary Hutchison Dunn. Judy graduated from Matamoras High School in 1964 and was a member of Evergreen Bible Church, she was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years John Skidmore whom she married December 16, 1967, sons Troy (Haley) of Leesburg, GA. and Shane Skidmore of Athens, OH., 3 grandchildren, brothers Gary "Jake" Dunn of New Matamoras, OH. and Eric Dunn (Tina) of Marietta, OH.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Barbara Kirkbride and brother Roger Lee Dunn.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday at Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St., Marietta, OH., burial to follow at East Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Sunday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
