Carol Payne Hall Binge passed away December 6, 2024, in Canton, OH. She was born December 29, 1944, to Clarence and Ruth Payne. Carol is survived by daughter Jennifer Slegus, grandson Logan Slegus, Darrell Hall of Canton, sister Barbara (Jack) Spurr of Reno, OH., brother Robert (Ailene) Payne of Mesquite, NV. She was preceded in death by her 2nd husband James Binge. A memorial service will be 12:00 PM Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Sandhill United Methodist Church, 725 CR20, Marietta, OH 45750.
