Mary Louise Mincks Moore, 84, of Cumberland, Ohio, passed away Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025, at Altercare Summit Acres Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Caldwell.

Services are at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, 609 West St., Caldwell. Burial will follow in Halley’s Ridge Cemetery. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
