Wanda Kay Jarvis

Wanda Kay Jarvis, 71, of New Matamoras, OH, passed away Monday, January 13, 2025, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born December 16, 1953, in Webster Springs, WV, to the late Howard and Nellie Helmick Alderman. Wanda worked as a Supervisor for J.C. Penney’s and was a member of Center Valley Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Michael L. Jarvis, sons Michael L. Jarvis Jr. (Stephanie), Jonathan Jarvis (Donna) both of Marietta and Dustin Jarvis (Megan) of Belpre, daughter Stacy Wolfe of Heath, OH, 6 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sisters Joann Hawkins, Cindy Knowlton and Debbie Michaels. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers James and Larry Alderman and sisters Dee White and Jean Cowgill. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Hadley Funeral Home New Matamoras with David Beaver officiating. Burial to follow in Matamoras Cemetery.
