Willis Gale Anderson, 83, of Belpre, Ohio, formerly of Graysville, Ohio, passed away Thursday January 2, 2025, at Arbors of Marietta. He was born in Graysville December 21, 1941, a son of the late Cars and Myra Morris Anderson.

He was a 1959 graduate of Skyvue High School. Willis retired from Ormet Aluminum Corp Hannibal, Ohio with 38 years of service and was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ Graysville, Ohio, and former member of the Graysville Volunteer Fire Department.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters; Rosalie and her husband Ray Coss Jr., and Ruth and her husband Fred Woodyard.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years Betty Ann Hall Anderson of Belpre who he married Oct. 5, 1963, two children; Eric G. (Elizabeth) Anderson of South Carolina, and Stacy R. (Jerry) Bradford of Marietta, Ohio, grandchildren Ema (Coty) Kelly and Ana (Sam) Anderson both of Georgia, and Isaac Anderson of Maryland, Shallyn Bradford and Morgan Bradford both of Marietta, Ohio and a great grandson Arthur Kelly of Georgia, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. Sunday January 5, 2025 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio with Ministers Rodney Bettinger and John Crum officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery Graysville.
