Doisha Ann Baker, 73, formerly of Belpre, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2025, in Davenport, Florida.

Doisha was born September 21, 1951, in Marietta to Charles and Elsie {Myers} Whiting.

She married Louis Baker on April 6, 1967.

Doisha worked as a CNA for many years, retiring from the Arbors at Marietta in 2015. She loved traveling, especially to Florida where she made many magical memories at Disney World with her family and best friend Mary Smith.

Doisha will be deeply missed by husband Louis Baker, children Bobby Baker of Belpre, Howard Baker of Marietta and Chris (Brian) Garceau of Orlando, FL; grandchildren Breanna Taccia, Kayla Lockwood, Derek Kern, Autumn Baker, Jessica Kern, Adam Baker, Dustin Baker, Mahayla Baker, Justin Gibbs and Rickie Sergent; 13 great grandchildren; brother Charles “Bud” Whiting of Fort Worth, TX.

In addition to her parents, Doisha was preceded in death by her daughter Louann Baker; grandson James “Jimmy” Smith; great grandson Andrew Baker and daughter-in-law Michelle Baker.
