Geraldine “Tootsie” Tabler

Geraldine “Tootsie” Tabler, 95, of Belpre, passed away Weds, Mar. 26, 2025 at the Washington County Home in Marietta, OH. She was born Feb. 28, 1930 to the late Ira Harris and Katherine Tabler Harris in Kilvert, OH. She retired from Mark Rest Center in McConnelsville and was a member of Liberty United Brethren Church in Chesterhill. She is survived by 3 sons, Paul Tabler of Bedford Heights, Jeffrey Tabler of Belpre and Joseph Tabler of Marietta; daughter, Jeri Jean Pickett of Bedford Heights; 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Gerald E. Tabler, son, Gary Tabler, 2 daughters, Janice Tabler and Deborah Smith. Funeral Service will be Wed. April 2, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill, with burial following at Mt. Hermon Cemetery in Amesville. Visitation will be Tues.
