Charles P. Barrett, 87, of Belpre, OH., passed away Monday, April 14, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

He was born January 12, 1938 in Vincent, OH., to the late Carroll J. and Clara L. Kestermier Barrett.

Charles is survived by his daughter Cheryl Wells (Chris), granddaughters Morgan and Elizabeth Wells and a sister Susanne Scheid.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Steve, a daughter Kimberly Ann Barrett, brothers David, Jim and Tom and a sister Marita Oxender.

Abiding with his wishes, cremation was observed.
