Michael Dale Wheeler

Michael Dale Wheeler, 73, passed away Thursday, June 5th, 2025, at Harmar Place in Marietta.

He was born Sept. 11th, 1951, to the late Rufus Wheeler and Joretta Bills Sprague. Mike was a 1969 graduate of Warren High School. Mike drove a fuel tanker for more than 46 years and enjoyed talking about his truck driving experiences.

Mike was preceded in death by his wife Ada Suzanne “Sue” Wheeler and a sister Debbie Kamp.

Mike leaves behind a son Jason (Tabatha) Wheeler of Vincent, a daughter, Marcy Lucas and her fiance Orvil Graham of Marietta and another son Michael Arnold of Canal Winchester and a daughter in law, Kay Arnold of Baltimore, OH. He also leaves behind 3 brothers and 2 sisters Rodney (Brenda) Wheeler of Marietta, Greg (Sue) Wheeler of Massillon, Alan (Kathie) Wheeler of Las Vegas, Sherida Atkinson of Guysville and Cheryl (Paul) Libby-Schanbacher of Las Vegas. In addition to his children and brothers and sisters, Mike leaves behind 4 grandchildren Audrey, Anna, Johnathan and David and 1 great granddaughter Acela. He also enjoyed visiting his family in Nebraska, Doug and Rhonda Hill
